I'm going to do it.

So I finally talked to my Realtor and I am going to put my condo up for sale. I am excited for the change and for the possibilities.
I have LOVED my condo it has been so much fun for me. I have had some incredible times here.
I have so much to do in the next couple days. WE are trying to put it up before Thanksgiving. WOW. So anyway I might just be moving sooner then later. Don't worry though I don't have plans to go anywhere TOOO far.

Old Friends....but we aren't "old"

So I have joined facebook. Well actually I have been on facebook for a LONG time, but never really did anything with it until recently. And I am so glad I did. I have come across old friends I haven't talked to in years, or friends I just don't keep in good contact with, and of course friends I see on a regular basis.

Just this past week I have connected with people that I didn't even know were in the area or that I just hadn't heard from in a way long time. I often don't want to be found, but in these cases I really am glad I was found.

I don't have hundreds of friends on it. I don't add people I don't genuinely like. I don't want people to be able to know all about me unless I want them to or I want to know what is going on with them.

Anyway this is my little plug for facebook. I give it a thumbs up for helping me to connect with people I hadn't been in contact with in way to long, and keeping in better contact with those I'm not so good at calling or writing or whatever.

Witches night out

So last night my co-workers and I all went to Witch A Palooza. It was at the Gathering place at Gardner Village. It was so fun to be out with my co-workers. We kind of dressed up as witches.

What is Witche A Palooza? I will tell you...It is a dinner theater type thing about "Weston the Warlock" It is his search for love. It goes through all the ages of time (well not ALL) but you know the begining, then 50's 70's 80's etc. And the different witches he falls in love with, but that just aren't right for him. His friend Esmerelda the witch has been there for him through it all and of course through it all has loved him and wanted him to love her. She tries to tell him, but always chickens out. (sounds like something I have lived) hmmmm...Anyway it was fun music, good food, fun times all around. I am so glad to work with such amazing people and spend even "outside" time with them. I recommend it to anyone. :)
Look at my fun socks....That was my favorite part of the whole outfit.

Do I blog enough??? 7 random things

Well if not this is another blog so if you are sitting on the edge of your seat hoping for me to blog the wait is OVER. I have been "tagged" by Sharon...so I have to tell you 7 random things about myself....Hope I am up for the task. :)

1. I have crazy sometimes scary dreams...not just the kind that you are in class naked....although that would be crazy and scary, mine are more like fighting for my life or not fighting (because I am paralyzed) Or where I can't breathe so I have to wake up so I can breathe.

2. I LOVE to cook. I wish I had more people to cook for...and the money to pay for the food I am cooking. (I mean if I was cooking for more people I might go broke) It is something I do to relax, or something I do to let out frustration and even sometimes to stop feeling so selfish....but then I have to clean the mess and sometimes that undoes all the good feelings. :)

3. I moved here to live with one of my sisters. (she left after I got here....hmmm wonder if that means something.) Love ya Tammy!

4. I love the Fall...I love the colors the crisp air, and the hot chocolate I get to drink. I always wanted to get married in the Fall....guess I will have to wait another year. :)

5. Most of the friends I had when I lived in Sparks have moved away from there too. (But I would move back if it was the right thing to do)

6. I only have one niece and she is the COOLEST kid EVER. Our family is so lucky to have her she is my FAVORITE Narae. Sure love that girl.

7. 7 is in fact my most favorite number....

First Party Oh "sweet" success....

I did it! I had my first Pampered Chef party...I was not only the "host", I was also the consultant. Wow double duty...but I was up for the task!!! There was YUMMY food and fun people too.

I made three different things to eat....I made artichoke dip, apple salsa, and cheese garden pizza. I have all the recipes if anyone wants them. They are super easy and frankly pretty dang tasty...not that i really got to eat any of it...but I did at least have a bit of everything. (that's the hard part about being the host AND the consultant. :)

Less people showed then RSVP'd, but that's alright cause lets face it I don't have the biggest house so it was a good number of people. Plus the fact that my director and the person that recruited me were here so really there was like 9 people in my little dining area so ya. All in all it was a good time.

Mindy was nice enough to take some pictures of the event....she took them before people came so that's why I am the only one in the pictures. :)
